1. Scope of Authorization
By using our services, you authorize Resolved Inc., d/b/a LawLaw (“LawLaw”) to act only as follows with respect to the debts you list in the submission form (“Debt Information”):
- Communicate with the creditors, debt collectors, or their counsel identified in your Debt Information.
- Transmit and receive settlement offers, counteroffers, payment-plan proposals, payoff quotes, and related correspondence at your direction.
- Draft and send documents or messages—manually or through AI-driven tools—needed to facilitate those communications.
- Relay all creditor responses to you so that you may decide whether to accept, reject, or modify any proposal.
This authorization is narrowly limited to the tasks above. LawLaw is not empowered to take any other action on your behalf or to bind you to any agreement without your explicit approval.
2. User Representations & Responsibilities
- Self-Representation. You acknowledge you are representing yourself. LawLaw is not your attorney and provides no legal advice, legal services, debt-settlement services, credit counseling, or debt-management services.
- Accuracy of Information. You will submit complete, accurate, and truthful Debt Information and promptly update LawLaw if anything changes.
- Independent Decisions. You will review and decide on every settlement or payment proposal. LawLaw does not review your information or any offer for legal sufficiency or legal compliance.
- No Legal Advice. All documents, templates, and AI-generated content are informational tools only. Consult a licensed attorney if you need legal advice.
- Compliance Is Yours. You are solely responsible for ensuring your actions and decisions comply with all laws, court rules, and contractual obligations.
3. LawLaw Is Not a Law Firm or Debt-Settlement Company
LawLaw is a technology platform, not a law firm, legal aid clinic, credit-repair organization, debt-settlement company, or debt-relief service. LawLaw does not:
- act as your attorney or create an attorney-client relationship;
- assume, manage, or consolidate your debts;
- make payments to creditors on your behalf; or
